God the Mother: Heavenly Mother

Realizing Heavenly Mother through Family

Hidden in plain sight, unnoticed to the world was the existence of God the Mother: Heavenly Mother can be found in all living things, plants, birds, animals and even human beings. No living thing can exist without a mother. The Bible teaches that everything is created by God’s will and to help us understand the spiritual world better, God created systems on earth to serve as a copy and shadow of what is in Heaven. Among these systems is the earthly family system.

The Earthly Family serves as the copy/shadow of the Heavenly Family

Revelation 4:11 “You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honour and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being”.

What was God’s will in creating our family system that comprises, of a Father, Mother and Children? It was to testify that there exists a Father, Mother and Children in Heaven.

Hebrews 8:5 They serve at a Sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven, this is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: “See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.”

As God commanded Moses to build the tabernacle as a copy and shadow of what is in heaven, the physical family was created to testify about the members of the Heavenly family.

Members of the Earthly Family & The Heavenly Family

God the Father testified through our human fathers.

Hebrew 12:9 Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us, and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live!.

The Bible teaches us that just as we have our human fathers, we too have our spiritual Father whom we must submit to.

Matthew 6:9 “This then is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven…'”

Jesus continued to teach us that our God who is in heaven, is our Father. The title Father testifies that God must have children.

God’s Children testified through the earthly children.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18 “I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”

This shows that in the Heavenly family system God has children. Then does a family consist only of a Father and children? If there are children who must there be also? There must be the Mother.

God the Mother testified through the physical mother.

Galatians 4:26 But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.

Who is the Jerusalem that is above? The Bible states She is ‘our’ Mother. The ‘us’ are those who are saved believing in God the Mother. Just as the Mother is the heart and soul of the earthly family, binding each other with an inseparable love, so too is our Heavenly Mother the heart and soul of the Heavenly Family. It is only the World Mission Society Church of God that believes in the existence and power of God the Mother and is recognized on a global scale shining Heavenly Mother’s glory and love through countless volunteer activities, positively impacting the lives of our wider global family. Just as children receive life from their physical Mothers, we too can receive eternal life through our spiritual Mother. Therefore, please believe in Heavenly Mother so that we can all become members of the Heavenly family together and spread the fragrant scent of Mother’s love to the ends of the earth.
